Following the recent lockdown announcement we have been reviewing the delivery of all our courses. Please be assured that our top priority is the health safety and wellbeing of our delegates, our clients and our team.
Our office remains open. Some of our courses that we deliver have been considered safety critical as they ensure businesses operate safety and continue to be compliant.
We have worked hard over recent months to ensure delegates attending training can do so in a safe and secure environment and have received praised from delegates with regards to the Covid-secure measures we have in place.
We are utilising our online training capability and where possible we will be moving some courses to this mode of delivery. We are still able to offer Food Safety levels 1 – 3 and APLH Award in Personal Licence holders Level 2 as a face to face option as well as online.
Due to the course delivery method in pre-Covid times, we have taken the decision to suspend our full day staff development courses until further notice, they are very interactive and have lots of group activities and great discussion and we feel that delegates will not achieve the required outcomes by attending a full day on zoom!
Our one hour bitesize suite of courses are available via Zoom .
We will of course update you when it is safe to resume training for both bitesize and day courses when we are allowed back in the “classroom” environment.
We continue to closely monitor and follow advice provided by the UK Government/ Public Health England, as well as by our accrediting bodies to ensure safe delivery of our courses and services.
