Pre-course
Each Individual or organisation is different. So we communicate with you to clarify your objectives this enables us to offer advice and agree on all aspects of the training you are looking for. We focus on training delivery, duration, delivery style and appropriate exercises/examples that are linked to you or your organisation.
Training delivery
We have developed a blend of design and delivery methods aimed at engaging and enthusing participants. Furthermore we reinforce theory with practical real-world workplace scenarios to maximise participants’ learning experiences.
Post-course service
We provide individual objective based action plans and provide feedback after every course to ensure complete satisfaction along with ongoing support if required.
